British supermodel Naomi Campbell has reportedly split from her German DJ boyfriend Rampa following a short-lived but intense romance.
The pair made headlines in August after confirming their relationship when they were spotted sharing a kiss during a night out in Mykonos, Greece. However, it now appears the relationship has ended, with Naomi, 54, reportedly cutting all ties by unfollowing Rampa on social media.
A source told The Sun on Monday that the couple's busy schedules ultimately caused the split, making their relationship unsustainable long-term.
"Naomi and Rampa's romance was a whirlwind, but it's over now," the source revealed. "They were really into each other and wanted to spend every moment together, which they did for a while. But life got in the way, and they've both been incredibly busy. It became clear it wasn’t feasible for them to be together, so she decided to call it off."
Despite the breakup, both Naomi and Rampa, born Gregor Sütterlin in Freiburg, Germany, have reportedly been receiving a lot of attention from admirers.
Rampa, a renowned DJ and founder of the electronic music record label Keinemusik, was said to share "real chemistry" with Naomi, with insiders describing their relationship as an "amazing summer romance". Back in September, friends of the couple shared how Naomi had been joining Rampa around the world during his busy work schedule, fueling speculation about their growing bond.
"They had real chemistry and were acting like a couple," a source said at the time. "It was a whirlwind, and they enjoyed every moment."
While the split marks the end of a promising relationship, both stars are said to be moving forward with their careers and personal lives, with friends noting that they are both "having fun" despite the sad outcome.
