Former Calhoun City School Employees Indicted for Alleged Sexual Misconduct with Students

Two former employees of the Calhoun City School District in the USA, Railey Greeson and Brooklyn Shuler, have been indicted and arrested for allegedly having sexual relations with students.

Greeson and Shuler, who are close friends and played significant roles in each other's weddings, were indicted by a Gordon County Grand Jury on three counts of first-degree sexual contact by an employee or agent.

The indictment alleges that Greeson had sexual relations with two different male students while employed by the school district. The third count accuses Shuler, 23, of having sexual intercourse with one male student.

The grand jury claims that the women "reasonably should have known" that their alleged victims were students at the time of the incidents. The indictment does not disclose the ages of the students or the specific schools they attended during the alleged offenses.

According to the Gordon Gazette, the two women were arrested and booked at the Gordon County Jail before being released on bond.

The alleged incidents occurred between October 29, 2021, and January 3, 2022, prior to the women's marriages. Shuler married on November 12, 2022, in Tunnel Hill, Georgia, with Greeson serving as her maid of honor. Greeson married in Tennessee on October 7, 2023.

If convicted, Greeson and Shuler could face one to 25 years in prison or a fine of up to $100,000. If sodomy was involved, they could face up to 50 years in prison.
