A man in Tampa, Fla, is charge with second degree manslaughter after he reported shooting a woman in the head. Tyrone Fields claimed he accidentally shot Christina Meagher on the head while they where having freaky sex in a Regency Inn and Suite on church avenue. Tampa, police responded to a 911 call from the suspect.
when they arrive at the location on Nov. 7 just before 2 am they found Tyrone and Christina lying with a gunshot wound to her head. Christina was immediately rush to St Joseph hospital, but unfortunately she died of her injuries.
Tyrone claimed they where having a freaky sex that involve him putting the gun to Christina's head as part of role-play scenario they were both involved into. The suspect admitted to have taken out the magazine but forget to remove the bullet already in the chamber. As part of the freaky sex show he accidentally press the trigger and shot Christina in the head.
Motel surveillance video shows both entering the motel room consensually and also sexual battery examination result appears to be negative for any injury consistent with sexual battery.
