Man Undergoing A Colonoscopy Press Record And Got Half A Million Dollars

A man went to the hospital to get colonoscopy. Before the procedure he pressed record on his phone before being sedated, wanting to capture the instruction of his physicians during the procedure. What he heard on his way home was way shocking and disrespectful  . The doctors talks about avoiding the patient after the colonoscopy, told her assistant to lie to the patient and add false diagnosis on his chart.



The patient filed a lawsuit for malpractice and defamation and was awarded $500,000.
