The media ran with it and made a big deal out of it instead of them to rebuke such degrading words and not entertain it. Well we live in a country where the Benjamin is more important than the basic morals of life.The News media enjoyed the rating and Trump enjoyed the publicity and he was good manipulating the news media.
Trump went on to say more offensive things about women and different groups. What did the media do? they talk about Trump from one news anchor to the next, repeating what the other anchor just broadcast. Making it to sink into people conscience.

Instead the media keep focusing on her emails and the republicans will not let go and focus on what is really important to the American people. The media where broadcasting on Trump outlandish behaviors and degrading words and action towards people, wouldn't call out KKK for what they are. The media was enjoying it rating to the extend Trump made reference to it that he is good for the media because he help their rating go up and even ask his follower to boycott certain news network that choose to do their job by report actual facts. Networks that picked up on his BS. If you come to look at it I think the media was trying to kill two birds with one stone. How was the media doing that? First everyone thought Hillary will win the election because i don't see why someone will vote for Trump after all he said.I still can't explain to myself how Trump won after all he said and never apologise for anything in a country that has so much moral for the world to emulate is beyond me, but the American people spoke so we have to respect it. The media choose not to do their job as journalist and ignore Trump and get the rating why believing Hillary will win. Failing to call Trump and his campaign on the alternative fact and conspiracy theory that was constantly perpetuated by Trump himself lead to his victory.
After Trump won Hillary in a landslide on the electoral college, that was when the eyes of the media opened. They had a moment of truth, they just help elect Trump to the most powerful office in the world. Now the media is now trying to do their job and hold Trump on his BS trust me Trump does not like that. You are either nice to him or you will be hit from twitter.
In Summary the media helped elect Trump unknowingly and now they are trying to do their job and Trump is not too please with that. What do you except he did to the media? Fake Media became how he address his once close alies.
