Remembering Shifty Shellshock: A Tribute to Crazy Town's Frontman

Seth Binzer, known as Shifty Shellshock, the lead vocalist and co-founder of the rap rock band Crazy Town, has passed away.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner confirmed his death at the age of 49 at his residence. An investigation is currently underway to ascertain the cause of his demise.

In 1999, Binzer and fellow vocalist Bret "Epic" Mazur joined forces to establish Crazy Town, recruiting Rust Epique, Doug Miller, James Bradley Jr., Antonio Lorenzo Valli, and Adam Goldstein.

Their breakthrough came with the release of their single "Butterfly" in 2000, which soared to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 music chart. Their debut album, "The Gift Of Game," achieved remarkable success, selling over 1.5 million copies.

However, their 2002 album, "Darkhorse," received a lukewarm response from audiences, leading to the band's eventual breakup. They later reunited and released a third album titled "The Brimstone Sluggers."
