Nollywood actress and filmmaker Ruth Kadiri has pledged to revolutionize Nigerian cinema with her films when the time is right.
In a recent Instagram post, Kadiri shared her unique perspective, often reflecting on how her brand would succeed without relying on external promotional support.
She expressed her independence, emphasizing that she doesn't rely on others to promote her work, as she is determined to transform the Nigerian film industry. Kadiri assured that her movies would attract viewers not out of obligation but because they trust her and find her films worth watching.
Focusing on creating a lasting brand, she stressed that she isn't in a rush, aiming instead to build a solid foundation for her work.
She wrote, "The way my brain functions!!!! I ask myself what would become of my BRAND if I had no promotional help from someone!!!
Truthfully I don’t bank on anyone so when you choose not to offer help I’m really not bothered.
