Chartered Flight Crashes During Takeoff in Kenya, No Injuries Reported

 

A chartered flight carrying ten passengers and a crew member crashed while attempting to take off from Migori Airstrip in Migori County, Kenya, on Monday afternoon, September 16. Fortunately, no injuries or fatalities were reported, according to the air charter company.

The aircraft involved, a Cessna Caravan registered as 5Y-ZBW and operated by Z. Boskovic Air Charters Ltd, encountered difficulties during takeoff around 12:30 pm. The plane crashed, but all 11 people on board, including the pilot, emerged unharmed.

Z. Boskovic Air Charters released a statement confirming that all passengers and crew were safe. The company also stated that they are cooperating with authorities to investigate the cause of the crash.
