"Jeezy Takes Legal Action Against Former Management Over Financial Disputes"

Rapper Jeezy has decided to part ways with his longtime management team after growing concerned about their trustworthiness, and he has taken legal steps to address his grievances.

In legal documents obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Jeezy has filed a lawsuit against his former manager, Solomon Fornie, and business partner, Eddie Bridgeman. The rapper alleges that the duo profited from his success without his knowledge or consent. Jeezy and Fornie had worked closely together for over a decade, during which time they co-founded Agency 99 to handle the rapper’s financial matters. Eventually, Bridgeman’s company, The SaiSai Group, became involved to oversee the financial side of Agency 99. However, Jeezy claims that he later discovered that Bridgeman was not a licensed CPA, raising further doubts about the management’s practices.

In late 2024, Jeezy made the decision to sever ties with Fornie and Bridgeman, but he alleges they have actively prevented him from accessing important financial records. Without these documents, he argues, he cannot fulfill his legal obligations under Georgia law to either dissolve or reinstate Agency 99.

Now, Jeezy has brought the issue to court, seeking the release of all financial records and requesting damages. At the time of writing, neither Fornie, Bridgeman, nor their representatives have responded to the allegations.

This ongoing legal dispute highlights the challenges artists face in managing trust within their professional relationships, especially when it comes to handling finances. For Jeezy, it seems like a crucial step in reclaiming control over his career and financial future.
