“Ray J Claims Kardashians Could Face RICO Charges ‘Worse Than Diddy’s Case’”

Ray J has made a bold claim about the Kardashians, saying that the famous family is facing a RICO charge that will be worse than the case against Sean “Diddy” Combs.  

The reality TV star made the comments during a livestream on social media with Chrisean Rock. “The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy,” Ray J said, according to Rolling Out. “I’m talking about, I’m on the news every day. I’ma say a lot of s—. Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds is coming. There’s nothing I can do about it. It’s worse than Diddy.”Reps for Kim Kardashian and Ray J did not respond to NewsNation’s request for comments.Combs has spent nearly 13 months in jail after a jury convicted him in July on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution under the Mann Act, which has a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. He was acquitted of the more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. The music producer is set to be sentenced Oct. 3. 

Ray J’s history with the Kardashians goes back over 20 years, when he began dating Kim Kardashian.

The “Love and Hip Hop” star has claimed that Kris Jenner was the one who brokered the deal for the sex tape, a claim that Jenner has denied, according to The Globe.  

In the Tubu series, “TMZ Presents: United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial,” he suggested that the famous family deserves to be the target of a RICO investigation while defending Diddy.   

“If you told me that the Kardashians were being charged for racketeering, I might believe it,” he saidIn July, the “Wait a Minute” singer joined “CUOMO” to discuss the fallout from Combs’ acquittal on racketeering and sex trafficking charges, and conviction on the pair of transportation to engage in prostitution charges, the latter of which Ray J argued are “bogus.”

“They should let Puffy out now,” Ray J said. “… I see everybody saying it’s a celebration (at his exoneration on the more serious charges), but at the same time, how, when he’s not out yet, and then the last two counts are still super bogus.”
