YFN Lucci’s attorney says the rapper will not be testifying in the YSL RICO trial later this month.
“Any party can announce for example that Abraham Lincoln is on their witness list, but those words alone are meaningless,” Drew Findling told TMZ. “So, to be 100 percent clear, Rayshawn Bennett will not be a witness in the YSL case.”
The rappers are enemies and it’s even claimed that Thugger tried to have Lucci killed in jail.
In May, Wack 100 accused Lucci of snitching on Young Thug. Wack made claims on Clubhouse, where you can often find him chatting about Hip Hop news.
“Lucci’s name ain’t this case. Lucci on the victim’s side. So Lucci telling,” Wack said. “Ain’t none of us know how this sh-t about to go. These people ain’t show their real hand yet. They showing the bare minimum my n-gga. Remember I told you that. I hope he do come home, but we’re just being real about it.”
If convicted of the charges against him, Thugger is potentially facing decades in prison. He has not taken a plea deal yet.
