Recent reports have surfaced indicating that singer and chef Chioma will be tying the knot in a traditional wedding ceremony set to take place in Lagos on June 25, 2024.
Davido has personally confirmed these reports in a viral video shared on Tuesday. In the video, the renowned musician and leader of the 30 Billion Gang can be heard inviting people to Nigeria on the specified date, stating, “Guys, you have to come to Nigeria on the 25th [of June] for my wedding.”
This announcement follows the couple's previous joyful news of welcoming twins last year. However, their happiness was tempered by the tragic loss of their first child, Ifeanyi, in a swimming pool accident at Davido's Lagos residence in 2022. Following this heartbreaking event, Davido and Chioma became engaged.
