Kanye West Faces Lawsuit from Former Assistant Alleging Sexual Harassment and Wrongful Termination

Kanye West’s former assistant has filed a lawsuit against him, alleging sexual harassment and wrongful termination, according to court documents.

Lauren Pisciotta began working with West in July 2021, helping him prepare to launch his Yeezy fashion line. Pisciotta, who also contributed to some "Donda" songs, was offered $1 million for the position on the condition that she be available 24/7, which she agreed to.

In her lawsuit, Pisciotta claimed she was also earning an additional $1 million from OnlyFans until West, 46, urged her to be more "God-like" and delete her account in 2022. West allegedly promised to raise her salary to $2 million a year to offset the lost income but never followed through.

Shortly after the supposed raise, West allegedly began sending her inappropriate text messages. One message reportedly read, "See my problem is I be wanting to fk but then after I k I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fked while I’m fing them. Then I want her to cheat on me."

In addition to the vulgar messages, West allegedly shared explicit details of sexual acts he wanted to perform and sent photos and videos of himself having intercourse with other women. Pisciotta also claimed she received intimate photos of current and former Yeezy employees, both men and women, from West.

The lawsuit details other incidents, including West allegedly masturbating while on the phone with Pisciotta, asking about her boyfriend’s penis size, and forcing her to remove her cardigan in the office because it was "covering too much." In another instance, he allegedly locked them in a room and masturbated next to her before falling asleep. Pisciotta claimed West became angry when she rejected his advances to "date or have sex."

By September 2022, Pisciotta was promoted to Chief of Staff for several of West's companies and offered a $4 million salary. However, she was fired just a month later. Pisciotta alleges she was promised $3 million in severance, which she never received.

Pisciotta is now seeking compensation for breach of contract and hostile work environment.

This lawsuit follows another allegation against West from more than a month ago. According to documents obtained by Page Six, Benjamin Deshon Provo, a former security guard at West’s Christian school, Donda Academy, claimed West fired him due to his race. Provo alleged that West "screamed at and berated black employees" and "regularly expressed negative beliefs associated with prominent black leaders."
