Multi-Million Dollar Verdict Against Coca-Cola Heir in Sexual Assault Case

The scion of a Coca-Cola bottling empire faces a staggering blow as a Los Angeles jury has decreed he must compensate a former employee, referred to as Jane Doe, a staggering $900 million in damages for alleged sexual assault.

According to Jane Doe's attorney, Gary Dordick, the case unraveled a distressing narrative of abuse, with incidents allegedly spanning over three years, including rape and harassment, while she worked as a model for Alki David's enterprises, including Hologram USA.

The workplace environment, as depicted by Jane Doe's legal team, was deeply troubling, with references to a room ominously dubbed "The Rape Room" and a pornographic image affixed to the human resources department door.

Initial advances reportedly began during a work trip to David's private island, where he attempted to kiss her. Later, after Jane Doe was laid off, David allegedly offered her a position as a brand ambassador at his cannabis company, Swiss-X, where the abuse allegedly intensified.

Jane Doe's lawsuit accuses David of exploiting her vulnerability by coercing her into sexual acts, including masturbating in front of her and sexual touching. The situation allegedly escalated to rape during a business meeting in a confined space with David's dog present.

This ruling comes amid other legal battles for David, including a $58 million verdict in another employee's sexual harassment case. Allegations of misconduct and abuse from other employees further underscore the gravity of the situation.

Attorney Gary Dordick hailed the jury's decision as a monumental victory for justice and a significant step forward in combating workplace sexual assault.
