Kamala Harris Urges Ceasefire and Criticizes Israel's Actions in Gaza

 

In a significant development, U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris has made a forceful appeal for action amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza. During a recent meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Harris expressed grave concerns over the dire situation in Gaza, which she described as "devastating."

In comments following the meeting, Harris emphasized that despite acknowledging Israel's right to self-defense, the methods employed in the conflict are crucial.
