Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, Prominent Oil Mogul and Politician, Dies at 52

Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, a notable figure in Nigerian politics and a successful oil mogul, has passed away at the age of 52. Ubah, who was known for his influential role as the CEO of Capital Oil, reportedly died of a heart attack while staying at a hotel in London.

Ubah's death comes shortly after a significant donation to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra State. His campaign council contributed a total of N71 million, with N50 million of that amount coming directly from Ubah. This generous donation was part of his ongoing commitment to support the APC and bolster its activities in the state.

Founded in 2001, Capital Oil was a key aspect of Ubah’s career, reflecting his success and prominence in the oil industry. He is survived by his wife, Uchenna, and their five children. The passing of Senator Ifeanyi Ubah marks a significant loss in both the political and business communities.
