Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan brought a burst of high-energy entertainment to the final night of the Republican National Convention with his signature “Hulkamania” style, showing his support for former President Donald Trump.
As the crowd roared to the familiar strains of his theme song, “Real American,” Hogan took to the stage and showered praise on Trump, whom he referred to as a “gladiator.” He likened Trump and Vice Presidential nominee JD Vance to a powerful “tag team,” drawing a parallel to the world of professional wrestling.
In true Hogan fashion, the wrestling icon tore open his shirt to reveal a “Trump-Vance 2024” t-shirt, a dramatic gesture that energized the crowd. “All the real Americans are going to be named Trumpites. Because all the Trumpites are going to be running wild for four years,” Hogan declared, capturing the essence of his wrestling persona.
During his appearance, Hogan expressed his belief that only Trump had the capability to address and resolve the issues facing the U.S. He reflected on his long-standing relationship with Trump, stating they had known each other for over 30 years.
Hogan's performance added a unique blend of showmanship to the convention, underscoring the event’s blend of political and entertainment elements.
