In Philadelphia, a video went viral showing a man grinning widely as he was handcuffed. What made this arrest special was that the officer doing the handcuffing was his twin brother.
The two had always been close, even as one chose a path of minor trouble and the other went into law enforcement. When the officer arrived at the scene and recognized his brother, he couldn’t help but laugh. Despite the situation, the brothers shared a warm hug before the arrest.
