Lagos Police Arrest Two Suspected Drug Dealers with 120 Pellets of Cocaine

 

The Lagos State Police Command has apprehended two men suspected of drug dealing after they were found in possession of 120 pellets of a substance believed to be cocaine.

According to a statement released on Friday, September 20, 2024, by the Command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the suspects were arrested in the Ojo area of Lagos following a tip-off.

The suspects, identified as Sunday Nwabufor, 47, from Festac, and Obinna Nweke, 45, from Ketu Mile 12, were taken into custody by officers from the Ojo Division on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at approximately 2:00 PM. During the arrest, they were found with 120 wraps of the suspected illicit substance.

The police are continuing their investigation into the case.
