Rapper Lil Pump has launched a social media rant against pop star Taylor Swift following her recent endorsement of Kamala Harris for president.
The "I Love It" rapper took to X (formerly known as Twitter) on Monday to express his dissatisfaction with Swift, accusing her of supporting Harris without understanding her reasons.
In one of his posts, Lil Pump wrote, "You have no clue why you're even voting for Kamala. Maybe because you're a billionaire and voting for her has zero impact on your life." He further criticized Swift, saying, "You said do your research, clearly you didn’t. Right after the debate you endorsed her, lol. Right after she lied many times!"
Lil Pump, a known supporter of Donald Trump, is backing the former president for the second election in a row. His criticism of Swift comes shortly after Trump took a swipe at the singer, posting "I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT" in all caps on Truth Social.
Swift’s endorsement of Kamala Harris followed last week's presidential debate and resulted in over 400,000 new voter registrations in just a few hours. Despite Swift’s influence, her political stance has drawn backlash from Trump supporters, including Lil Pump, who also has ties to Swift’s longtime rival, Kanye West, through their past collaboration.
