Rapper Twin Hector Sues Blac Chyna for Domestic Violence

American rapper Twin Hector has filed a domestic violence lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend, Blac Chyna, claiming that she physically and verbally abused him throughout their three-year relationship. The lawsuit was submitted to California Superior Court on September 23.

Twin, whose real name is Taiyon Hector, alleges that Chyna, 36, had a pattern of violent behavior, especially when she was drinking. He claims that during their relationship, which started in August 2020 and ended in March 2023, she often threatened to kill him.

One notable incident occurred in September 2021, when Twin alleges that Chyna attacked him while he was sleeping, causing him multiple injuries. The suit states that after he moved into her Woodland Hills home, Chyna would frequently drink excessively and use drugs, leading to violent and abusive outbursts for no apparent reason.

According to Twin, Chyna physically assaulted him by punching, slapping, shoving, and kicking him. He tried to avoid her attacks and encouraged her to seek help for her issues, but she allegedly refused. The rapper claims that Chyna often did not remember the incidents after sobering up and would apologize to maintain their relationship, but never showed genuine remorse or sought treatment.

Twin also detailed the severe impact of the abuse on his mental health, claiming he suffers from PTSD and insomnia as a result. He reported multiple physical injuries, including a broken nose, deep cuts, and nerve damage.

In the lawsuit, Twin expressed hope that it would prompt Chyna to seek help and emphasize that no one is above the law when it comes to domestic violence. He said, “Hopefully, this lawsuit will convince [Chyna] to get help and that no man (or woman) is above the law, especially when it comes to domestic violence.”

Chyna’s history of alleged abusive behavior was previously highlighted by her former fiancĂ©, Rob Kardashian, who testified in a 2022 court case that she had tried to strangle him and pointed a gun at him during their relationship.
