Saudi Footballer Fahad Al-Muwallad in Intensive Care After Balcony Fall in Dubai

 



Saudi footballer Fahad Al-Muwallad is reportedly in intensive care after falling from the second-floor balcony of his vacation home in Dubai. Authorities are closely monitoring his condition as he undergoes treatment at a local hospital.

According to reports from Dubaieye1038, the incident occurred at his residence in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dubai Police confirmed that they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fall.

In a statement issued on Saturday night, the Dubai Media Office said, "Dubai Police General Command announced that Saudi football player Fahad Al-Muwallad was involved in an accident while on a short vacation in Dubai, falling from the balcony of his second-floor home. Initial investigations revealed the accident occurred while he was on the balcony."

The 30-year-old footballer, who plays for Al-Shabab in the Saudi Pro League and has been capped 78 times for the Saudi national team, remains in intensive care where medical teams are providing him with the necessary treatment. The police investigation is ongoing, and findings will be shared with the relevant authorities once concluded.

Al-Muwallad joined Al-Shabab on August 28, 2022, with a contract running until June 30, 2025, according to Transfermarkt.
