An explicit video allegedly featuring music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs alongside a well-known A-list celebrity is reportedly being circulated in Hollywood, according to attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who represents one of Combs' recent accusers. The lawyer shared this claim during an interview with NewsNation’s Laura Ingle, though she did not reveal the identity of the celebrity involved.
Mitchell-Kidd stated that the video shows a "more high-profile" person who appears to be unaware they are being filmed. “There are tapes being shopped around Hollywood, and one person reached out to me about this particular video,” she said. Describing the footage as explicit, the lawyer added that it was allegedly recorded at Combs’ home in Atlanta and that the person involved did not seem to know they were being videotaped.
In addition to the video claims, Mitchell-Kidd discussed the case of one of her new clients who alleges that Combs raped her in 2018. The client, who has not been publicly identified, reportedly filed a police report following the incident. According to the attorney, her client was at a friend’s house with industry connections when Combs arrived unexpectedly.
The woman alleges that she was drugged and sexually assaulted, with Combs directing another man to assault her while he watched. The lawyer claimed her client managed to escape into the street, where the incident was witnessed by a neighbor.
Combs, 54, was indicted in September on federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, accused of using drugs to control his victims during what were described as "Freak Offs," which allegedly involved violent, multi-day sex sessions. His employees are said to have facilitated travel and accommodations for participants.
These federal charges came after multiple civil lawsuits were filed against the Bad Boy Records founder, accusing him of sexual assault and abuse. Combs, who remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, has pleaded not guilty to all charges. He has also filed an appeal challenging the judge's decision to deny him bail.
