VIDEO - Nick Jonas Evacuates Stage During Prague Concert After Laser Incident

Nick Jonas was forced to leave the stage during a concert in Prague on the evening of October 15 due to a laser being pointed at him.

In a video of the incident, Jonas can be seen sitting behind a piano when he suddenly stands up and gestures for a "time out." He then quickly runs off the stage while still signing autographs, moving down the stairs and through a lane surrounded by fans.

Nick, along with his brothers Kevin and Joe, is currently on the "Jonas Brothers World Tour," which celebrates their five albums. Reports on social media indicated that both Kevin and Joe exited the stage shortly after Nick. Additional footage from the concert shows a laser hovering over Nick's head in slow motion.

The O2 Arena, where the concert took place, confirmed to Variety that the incident was caused by a laser pointer. A spokesperson stated, "We can confirm that the Jonas Brothers’ performance had to be interrupted for several minutes due to the use of a prohibited laser pointer by a person. The organizing service responded to this fact. After a few minutes, the band continued their performance."

Many fans expressed their shock and concern online, emphasizing that artists should not have to deal with security threats during their performances. The incident raises important questions about safety measures at live events.
