A 24-year-old Russian tourist lost her life after accidentally falling into an underground passage while walking in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. The incident occurred on Friday, September 27, when Arina Glazunova, a social media influencer from Moscow, was out walking with a friend in the city center.
According to reports, the pair were joyfully singing along to "For The Last Time," a popular track by the Russian boyband Hunger Boys, and recording themselves on their phones at the time of the accident. Unfortunately, Glazunova did not notice the entrance to the underground passage, tripped, and fell.
She suffered a severe basal skull fracture from the fall and succumbed to her injuries shortly after. A makeshift memorial has since been set up at the location where the tragic accident took place.
The heartbreaking incident has drawn attention online, with the final moments of her life captured on video by her friend, who was filming during the walk.
