American social media influencer and streamer Adin Ross has celebrated a significant financial win, earning $1.6 million after placing a $1 million bet on Donald Trump to win the 2024 U.S. presidential election.
Ross, known for his large following on platforms like Twitch and YouTube, took to his social media accounts on Tuesday to announce that he had made the bet ahead of Election Day. On Wednesday, after Trump’s victory was confirmed, Ross revealed that he had earned a $1.6 million payout, thanks to his wager on the Republican candidate.
Trump, at the age of 78, made history as the oldest person ever elected to the office of President of the United States. Just weeks before the election, Ross had hosted Trump in a live-streaming session that gained widespread attention, during which he publicly endorsed the former president.
