A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) allegedly issued by Diddy for attendees of his rumored "freak-off" parties has reportedly surfaced. On Monday, TMZ obtained what appears to be a confidential document supposedly requiring guests at these gatherings to commit to strict secrecy.
The NDA reportedly prohibits signees from disclosing any information about Diddy’s personal life, professional events, entertainment activities, financial details, or any other private aspects related to the artist. Additionally, the document bars attendees from taking photos or recording videos without Diddy’s explicit consent. It also forbids any interviews, books, or dissemination of details concerning the artist or his parties without prior written approval. The agreement is notable for its duration, extending for 70 years or the life of Diddy plus an additional 20 years after his death.
This revelation comes as Diddy faces serious legal challenges. He was arrested on September 16 and faces multiple charges in New York, including allegations of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation for purposes of prostitution. Authorities allege that he orchestrated a series of private events where participants were forced or coerced into participation through drugging, intimidation, or physical abuse. Diddy has denied all allegations and entered a not-guilty plea. His next court appearance is scheduled for December 18, with his trial set for May 5, 2025.
