Republican candidate Bernie Moreno has unseated Democratic Senator Sherrod Brown in Ohio, a critical win projected by the Associated Press that edges the GOP closer to a majority in the Senate. The GOP secured another Senate seat earlier in West Virginia, where Republican Jim Justice triumphed in the race for the seat previously held by retiring independent Joe Manchin.
