David Beckham has reached a settlement with Mark Wahlberg's fitness company, F45, following a lawsuit he filed in 2022. Beckham had sued F45 for $10 million, claiming the company misled him with promises of substantial payments for promoting fitness-focused content on social media. Similar allegations were made by former NFL star Terrell Owens. Despite F45’s attempts to dismiss the lawsuit as fraudulent, they were unsuccessful.
Beckham's company, DB Ventures Limited, issued a statement expressing satisfaction with the settlement of the breach of contract lawsuit and extended well wishes to the F45 team for future success.
Tom Dowd, F45's CEO, remarked that the company has long been a supporter of Beckham and is pleased they could reach a mutual agreement.
In a notable show of support, Beckham and his team will remain investors in the business, despite the legal issues.
