From Nsawam to America: Ghanaian Fashion Designer Defends Authenticity with Childhood Photos

A Ghanaian man, now based in the United States as a fashion designer, recently posted childhood photos to dispel claims that he was influenced into being gay after moving to America.

In the throwback pictures he shared, his effeminate traits are evident. One photo shows him posing with girls at the age of 9 in Nsawam.

Accompanying the photos, he wrote: "Some say I came to America and was influenced by white people to become gay. Here I am in Nsawam at age 9, showing the girls how it’s done."
