Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet Finalize Divorce

Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet are officially divorced, as confirmed by a Los Angeles County judge on Tuesday, July 9.

The actors, who had been separated for several years, were married for over seven years and had been together for 12 years before tying the knot. Bonet, legally known as Lilakoi Moon, initiated the divorce proceedings in January, citing their separation date as October 7, 2020. Their split was publicly announced in 2022.

The divorce was resolved swiftly and amicably. Both parties have agreed not to seek financial support from each other, have settled their division of assets, and will share joint custody of their two children, a 16-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old son.

Jason Momoa, 44, is renowned for his roles in the "Aquaman" series and "Game of Thrones." Lisa Bonet, 56, gained fame from her work on "The Cosby Show," its spinoff "A Different World," and films such as "High Fidelity" and "Enemy of the State."

This was Momoa's first marriage. He is currently in a relationship with actress Adria Arjona, known for her roles in "Hit Man" and "Father of the Bride." Bonet was previously married to musician Lenny Kravitz, with whom she shares a daughter, actress Zoƫ Kravitz.
