Pop star and actress Olivia Rodrigo is the latest celebrity to support Vice President Kamala Harris for President, following President Joe Biden's decision to step down as the Democratic Party’s candidate. Rodrigo posted a video on Instagram showing Harris at her first campaign rally, where she pledged to restore reproductive rights, accompanied by cheering emojis.
Singer Katy Perry has also thrown her support behind Harris, sharing a video edited to her song “Woman’s World.” The video features Perry’s lyrics, “It’s a woman’s world and you’re lucky to be living in it,” reinforcing her endorsement.
In addition, Tina Knowles, Beyoncé’s mother, voiced her support for Harris on Sunday, shortly after Biden’s withdrawal. Beyoncé herself has allowed Harris to use her song “Freedom” for her campaign, with Harris walking out to the song during her first visit to her campaign headquarters on Monday
