Boosie Defends Diddy Amidst Sex Trafficking Indictment

Rapper Boosie has voiced his support for Sean "Diddy" Combs following the music mogul's indictment on sex trafficking charges. On Tuesday, September 17, Diddy was taken into custody to await trial in a federal case that accuses him of operating a network of sexual crimes, including racketeering and sex trafficking, dating back to 2008.

The charges against Diddy include allegations of orchestrating drug-induced sexual performances, known as “Freak Offs,” and references to an alleged assault on his former girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie. The indictment details a series of disturbing claims involving both female victims and male sex workers.

In response to the indictment, Boosie took to X (formerly Twitter) to defend Diddy. He argued that the charges against the music mogul are not unusual for high-profile entertainers. Boosie wrote, "I feel Diddy’s in jail for basically doing what every other famous entertainer has done—flying people out for threesomes. He’s just freakier!"

Boosie criticized the legal system for what he sees as a double standard, saying, “If flying women out and having sex makes someone a prostitute, then that’s 80% of women reading this.” He expressed frustration with the severity of the charges, asserting, “Facing life in prison for doing basically what many other entertainers have done, I disagree.”

The rapper's comments highlight ongoing debates about celebrity conduct and legal repercussions, as Diddy faces serious accusations in a high-profile case.
