One of the individuals accusing Sean "Diddy" Combs of serious crimes has claimed that a "high-profile person" was present during alleged pornographic acts at the music mogul's home in Atlanta. This revelation comes as Diddy, 54, faces serious charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution in New York City.
Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the attorney representing one of Diddy’s accusers, shared these details during a recent episode of Banfield on NewsNation. She mentioned being contacted about the potential sale of a tape involving Diddy, asserting that the individual involved is "more high-profile," though she did not disclose their identity.
"There have already been tapes leaking around Hollywood, but one particular person contacted me about a specific video," Mitchell-Kidd stated. She characterized the video as pornographic and mentioned that it was filmed at Diddy's Atlanta residence. “It seems like the person in the video isn’t aware they are being recorded,” she added.
Mitchell-Kidd also discussed another client who claims to have been sexually assaulted by Diddy in 2018. According to her, the victim reported the incident to the police after escaping from a situation at a friend's house where Diddy had appeared unexpectedly.
The attorney described how the client felt unwell after being served a drink and claimed that Diddy assaulted her with an inanimate object while directing another individual to assault her as well.
Fortunately, the accuser managed to escape and was seen by a neighbor as she fled the scene.
In light of these allegations, Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, stated that the rapper has no intention of accepting a plea bargain. Combs maintains his innocence and is determined to fight the charges, believing the prosecution is racially motivated. Agnifilo indicated that Diddy is eager to testify in court and wants to clear his name not only for himself but for others who feel similarly persecuted.
