He expressed frustration over the condition of the items provided during the flight, such as the warm towel and headphones, calling them substandard.
Despite these complaints, the traveler mentioned that the food served during the flight was the only aspect that met his expectations. Overall, the experience left him disappointed with the airline's first-class service.
