Jennifer Aniston, the well-known Friends actress, has firmly denied recent rumors that she had an affair with former US President Barack Obama. The 55-year-old actress had been linked romantically to the former president, 63, in a tabloid story that surfaced a few weeks ago.
During her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday, Aniston addressed the speculation and dismissed the claims as completely false. She described the experience of hearing the news from her publicist, saying, "Of all the calls you get from your publicist, you're just like, 'Oh no, what's it gonna be?' Then you get an email saying some cheesy tabloid is going to make up a story—and then it’s that." She added that while she wasn’t angry about the story, it was "absolutely untrue."
Kimmel humorously confirmed, "So, the truth about Jen and Barack is that there's no truth?" to which Aniston responded, "I've met him [Obama] once. I know Michelle more than him."
In a playful exchange, Kimmel then jokingly asked if there was any truth to rumors involving her and Michelle Obama, to which Jennifer smiled and replied, "That is not true."
At the moment, Aniston confirmed that she is not dating anyone. Barack and Michelle Obama, who have been married for 32 years, share two daughters, Malia, 26, and Sasha, 23.
