Rob Lowe has shared details about a short-lived romance he had with Demi Moore during their early careers in Hollywood. In a recent episode of Kelly Ripa's podcast, Let's Talk Off Camera, Lowe reminisced about their connection, revealing that they "briefly had a thing" in the mid-1980s while they were both part of the iconic Brat Pack.
Lowe recounted that their romance occurred before Moore became engaged to fellow Brat Pack member Emilio Estevez. He humorously described the atmosphere among the cast of the 1985 film St. Elmo's Fire, in which they both starred, as akin to a "big, big sex orgy."
The two actors also collaborated on the 1986 film About Last Night, where they shared a notable on-screen chemistry. Lowe remarked, "Anytime you put young 20-something men and women together, hookups are inevitable."
Despite the fleeting nature of their relationship, Lowe and Moore maintained a friendship, with Lowe even attending her wedding to Bruce Willis years later.
