The Super Eagles have welcomed 20 players to their training camp in Uyo as they prepare for their upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Libya’s Mediterranean Knights on Wednesday, October 9.
Among the notable arrivals are team captain William Troost-Ekong, Ademola Lookman, Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, Moses Simon, and Ola Aina. However, star striker Victor Osimhen is not present, and Kelechi Iheanacho, Osayi-Samuel, and Chidera Ejuke have yet to join the squad.
All 20 players participated in the team's first training session at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium's practice pitch.
