VIDEO: Donald Trump Responds to Biden’s “Garbage” Comment with Rally Stunt in Wisconsin

Just a day after President Joe Biden’s controversial remark calling some of Donald Trump’s supporters “garbage,” the Republican presidential candidate made a pointed response by arriving at his Wisconsin rally in a garbage truck. Wearing a garbage picker’s uniform, Trump arrived in a truck covered with his campaign and American flags, taking center stage in a move that drew cheers from his supporters.

Addressing the crowd on Wednesday, October 30, Trump humorously referenced his arrival. "How do you like my garbage truck? This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden," he remarked, taking a jab at the current administration. Kicking off his speech, he told supporters they were “the heart and soul of America” and criticized his opponents for allegedly demeaning his supporters over the years.

“Two hundred and fifty million Americans are not garbage,” Trump emphasized. “Without question, my supporters are far higher quality than crooked Joe or lying Kamala.” Trump went on to claim that Democrats have used derogatory labels, including “fascists, deplorables, irredeemables, and Nazis,” to describe his supporters over the past decade.

In a humorous moment, Trump shared how he decided to wear a garbage worker’s uniform. “One of my people came in and said, ‘Sir, garbage is the hottest thing right now…would you like to drive a garbage truck?’ I said, ‘NO WAY!’ But then they told me it makes you look thinner,” he joked, explaining his choice to don the uniform for the event.

The rally came shortly after President Biden’s comment, reportedly made on Tuesday, October 29, which some interpreted as describing Trump’s supporters as “garbage.” The incident has sparked a media frenzy, underscoring the fierce rhetoric as the two parties ramp up for the 2024 election.
