Footage has emerged showing Kentucky Sheriff Shawn Stines fatally shooting Judge Kevin Mullins after an argument in the judge’s office. The pair, who had shared lunch just hours earlier, were seen in a heated confrontation before the tragic incident unfolded.

According to Kentucky State Police Detective Clayton Stamper, the disagreement escalated when Stines asked to use the judge's phone to call his daughter. He reportedly attempted the call but, moments after seeing the phone, opened fire on Mullins.
