VIDEO: Odumeje Reflects on His Troubled Past as a Former Armed Robber

Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, widely known as Odumeje, has shared a revealing account of his early life in a recent video. The General Overseer of the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention Deliverance Ministry spoke candidly about growing up in a perilous neighborhood in Onitsha, Anambra State, where he became involved in armed robbery as a teenager.

In the video, Odumeje recounted, "I was born in Onitsha city, at No. 3, Nnewi Street. I grew up on a dangerous street and became an armed robber at the age of 14." He described himself as a "terrorist" during that time, emphasizing the turmoil he faced in his youth.

However, he credited his mother for leading him to a transformative experience. "Jesus Christ arrested me through the help of my mother to change my life… a destroyer becomes a savior," he stated, highlighting the significant role his mother played in his redemption.

The video, which has been trending online, showcases Odumeje's journey from a life of crime to one dedicated to faith and service.
