Popular Nigerian DJ, Florence Otedola, widely known as DJ Cuppy, has sparked speculation about stepping away from her career as a DJ. In a recent post on her X account, Cuppy shared her thoughts on potentially "leveling up" and hinted at exploring new opportunities that could make a bigger impact.
“DJing is my passion, but, to be honest, this year has felt like a whole new experience. It’s like I’m meant to level up and make a bigger impact… Only God knows what’s next,” she wrote.
In response, a fan commented, encouraging her to return to DJing and mentioning that he misses her vibrant presence on Instagram. "Start DJing again. I have missed your vibes on IG. I don’t like the new you at all,” he remarked. Cuppy replied, “I don’t like the old me at all,” suggesting a shift in her personal and professional perspective.
Earlier this year, DJ Cuppy released a gospel-inspired mixtape after her baptism, sharing that she felt divinely led to create it. Fans are now speculating about her next move as she continues to explore her faith and career in new ways.
