Judge Orders 'Jane Doe' to Reveal Identity in Lawsuit Against Diddy by November 13

A judge has mandated that a woman, referred to as 'Jane Doe,' must file her allegations against music executive Sean "Diddy" Combs under her real name by November 13, or her case will be dismissed. This ruling was issued by Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil after the anonymous plaintiff accused Diddy of sexual assault dating back to 2004.

The decision comes amid a wave of legal actions against Diddy, as attorney Tony Buzbee recently announced he is representing 120 individuals preparing to take legal action against the Bad Boy Records founder. Judge Vyskocil noted that Jane Doe has not sufficiently justified her request to remain anonymous while filing such serious allegations against a public figure.

According to reports from TMZ, the judge remarked that Jane Doe is an adult who chose to pursue a lawsuit involving serious accusations against a well-known individual from nearly two decades ago. Consequently, she is required to disclose her identity and submit her complaint by the specified date.

In response to the ongoing allegations, Diddy's legal team issued a statement asserting his innocence. Lawyer Erica Wolff stated, “Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.” She emphasized that Diddy is prepared to defend himself in court, where the truth will be established through evidence rather than speculation.

This ruling follows Diddy facing two new lawsuits that accuse him of sexually abusing minors, further complicating the legal challenges surrounding him.
