Passengers aboard an American Airlines flight to Las Vegas witnessed pure chaos when Ketty J. Dilone had to be restrained with duct tape and zip ties after a violent tirade that left flight attendants and passengers stunned.
The incident happened on September 16 during a connecting flight out of Charlotte, NC, as Dilone returned from the Dominican Republic. Authorities say she stormed the cabin, yelling, threatening flight staff, and even kicking a crew member who fell during the confrontation.
Things turned even darker when Dilone, in a profanity-laced outburst caught on TikTok, admitted to trying to poison her own father when she was just 11 years old. She claimed she spiked his coffee with “Tres Pasitos” — a deadly pesticide used in the Dominican Republic but banned in the U.S.
“It didn’t work,” she said calmly, before warning passengers that to kill someone with it, “make sure it’s not expired, and make sure you put a lot of it.”
At one point, Dilone briefly calmed down, singing a Spanish song about Tres Pasitos, only to erupt moments later, screaming: “The show’s f–king over!”
The FBI arrested Dilone after the plane landed at Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport. She now faces charges of interference with a flight crew and assault by striking, beating, or wounding. If convicted, she could face up to 20 years in prison.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 1.
