The grand jury investigation into allegations against music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is still ongoing, with testimony from additional witnesses potentially leading to new charges.
According to reports from TMZ, the grand jury recently heard from a male escort who claimed previous interactions with Diddy. The testimony highlighted Diddy's alleged involvement in a "Freak Off" and addressed whether he facilitated travel across state lines or internationally for the escort, along with details on how payments were made, either in cash or wire transfers.
Sources suggest that prosecutors may be preparing to file more charges against Diddy through a superseding indictment. A source close to Diddy stated that he remains focused on the facts and is preparing his defense, maintaining his innocence of the charges.
Interest from federal authorities has intensified, as another male escort reportedly shared details of a separate alleged encounter involving Diddy and a woman. The individual also provided a tape to federal investigators.
U.S. Attorney Damian Williams, overseeing the case, has not ruled out additional charges. When asked if more charges could follow, he stated that "nothing was off the table."
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to previous charges, including sex trafficking, kidnapping, and racketeering, and is currently being held in New York City without bail. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York declined to comment further on the case as it continues to develop.
