VIDEO: Mother Arrested at Disney Park for Allegedly Trying to Sneak in Children Without Tickets

A mother was escorted out of Disney California Adventure Park by police after attempting to pass her children off as toddlers to avoid paying for their tickets. The incident, captured on video and posted on TikTok on Wednesday, September 25, shows the woman being led away in handcuffs by Anaheim police officers, with her distressed children crying and holding onto her.

In the viral video, which has garnered nearly half a million views, Disney security staff surround the mother, while an officer pushes a stroller behind them. Her two young daughters are heard crying for help in Spanish during the ordeal.

Another video, shared by TMZ, captures the woman shouting, "You're f–king hurting me!" as officers lead her out of the park, with her children still in tears. The woman allegedly attempted to sneak her children into the park by claiming they were under the age of three, which would have allowed them to enter without purchasing tickets.

According to Disneyland's policy, children under the age of three do not require a ticket to enter either Disneyland or Adventure Park. However, children older than that must have a valid ticket and reservation. A one-day pass starts at $104, with the option to purchase a "Park Hopper Pass" for an additional $65 to visit both parks on the same day.

Anaheim police confirmed that this wasn't the mother's first attempt to enter the park without paying for her children. She was arrested for trespassing but was later released with a citation.
