Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing increasing legal challenges, with a surge of lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, including claims from several male accusers. Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing up to 120 alleged victims, has already filed six lawsuits, with four involving male plaintiffs.
One of the lawsuits comes from a man who worked for Ecko Clothing in 2008. He alleges that during an encounter with Diddy and his bodyguards at Macy’s flagship store in New York City, he was pistol-whipped, knocked to the ground, and then forced by Diddy to perform oral sex, which he claims resulted in a brutal rape.
Another accuser, who worked as a security guard at Diddy's 2006 White Party, alleges that he was drugged and forcibly sodomized inside a van, leaving him physically injured and deeply traumatized. He claims that the assault caused lasting harm, with bodily fluids leaking afterward.
A third man claims he was assaulted at a 2021 party hosted by Diddy after becoming disoriented from a single drink. He recalls being paralyzed during the attack and seeing Diddy naked above him as he was assaulted by multiple men.
A fourth lawsuit involves a man who was only 16 years old when he attended Diddy’s 1998 White Party in the Hamptons. He alleges that Diddy manipulated him with promises of fame, asking him to drop his pants for an inappropriate "rite of passage" and touching his genitals during the encounter.
These lawsuits are reportedly just the beginning, as Buzbee has indicated his intention to file over 120 claims against Diddy, setting the stage for a high-profile legal battle that could have major implications for the hip-hop icon's career and reputation.
