Libya's Coach Nasser Al-Hadiri Vows to Go All Out Against Nigeria's Super Eagles

Libya's head coach, Nasser Al-Hadiri, has promised that his team will give their best effort in their upcoming match against Nigeria's Super Eagles, as they aim to boost their chances of qualifying for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The Mediterranean Knights are currently in a challenging position in Group D, having earned just one point from two games. A victory over Nigeria is crucial for them to remain in contention for a spot in the prestigious tournament.

Speaking at a press conference in Uyo on Thursday, Al-Hadiri expressed his team's determination to improve upon their past performance. “We lost 4-0 here before. Now we are back to see how we can improve our game,” he stated.

Despite this being his first game in charge, Al-Hadiri remained confident and unphased by any added pressure. “Being my first game isn’t going to put any pressure on me. We can only put pressure on Nigeria. We know it’s difficult to win here, but in Libya, we must try to secure victory,” he added.

Libya's mission to revive their AFCON hopes is set to be a challenging one, but Al-Hadiri's side is ready to fight for all three points against the formidable Super Eagles.
