“Trespassing Charge Filed After Failed Attempt to Serve Taylor Swift Court Papers”

The Taylor Swift–Justin Baldoni–Blake Lively legal storm just took another bizarre turn. A process server was actually arrested after allegedly trying to deliver deposition papers to Swift — all on behalf of Baldoni’s legal team.

According to Star, the man, identified as 48-year-old Justin Lee Fisher, was caught on Sept. 15 at Travis Kelce’s gated property in Leawood, Kansas. Yes, that Kelce — as in Swift’s boyfriend. The one-page police report didn’t provide many details, but KCTV5 matched the listed address to the same location where memorabilia thefts happened last year at both Kelce and Patrick Mahomes’ homes.

Fisher has been charged with misdemeanor trespassing, posted bond, and is expected to appear in court Oct. 15.

This comes just days after a federal judge shut down Baldoni’s request to depose Swift as part of his messy legal feud with Lively. Judge Lewis Liman rejected the attempt, even after Baldoni’s lawyer argued that Swift had “agreed” to testify but couldn’t make it before the Sept. 30 deadline. Swift’s attorney, J. Douglas Baldridge, called that claim false, making it clear she never agreed and has no role in the case.

Baldridge reminded the court that Swift has repeatedly said she’s uninvolved, pointing out that she wasn’t part of the film It Ends With Us in any capacity. And besides, Swift is busy preparing for her new album, The Life of a Showgirl, dropping Oct. 3.

This isn’t the first time Baldoni’s side has tried to drag Swift into the courtroom drama. Back in May, Swift’s camp blasted the subpoena attempts, stressing that she had zero connection to the project or Baldoni and Lively’s battle.

Now, with trespassing charges tied to a failed attempt to serve her papers, the circus around this lawsuit is only growing — but if Swift has her way, her name will stay out of it.
