Despite being behind bars, Sean "Diddy" Combs is already planning his post-prison comeback—including a massive performance at Madison Square Garden. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, revealed the rapper remains optimistic and focused on reuniting with family and returning to the stage after serving time.
Diddy has been held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center since September on charges related to sex trafficking and prostitution. While he was acquitted of the more serious charges, he was found guilty of transporting individuals for prostitution, facing up to 20 years in prison.
In a surprising twist, Diddy's legal team reportedly reached out to former President Donald Trump to request a presidential pardon. Though Trump acknowledged the idea during a Newsmax interview—calling Diddy “sort of half-innocent”—he admitted the rapper’s past criticism of him complicates the decision.
Diddy’s lead attorney, however, distanced himself from the pardon talks, saying he had no involvement and wasn’t political. Still, Diddy reportedly told him, “Go tell [Trump] I deserve a pardon.” With his $50 million bail denied again, only time will tell if the hip-hop mogul gets his shot at redemption—or a presidential favor.
